Bones UK - Bikinis

Before releasing their sophomore album Soft, Bones UK dropped their unapologetic single “Bikinis.” The track champions individuality and uniqueness, beginning with a groovy, softer verse and rising to a catchy chorus. “Bikinis” stands as an anthem of self-love.

The music video depicts the duo in knight's armor, heads wrapped in chainmail, and swords placed in their hands. Between shots where they are seemingly frozen in time, reminiscent of action figures, they are seen fighting, posing, and staring at their weapons. Under the armor is sweatpants, which is actually relatively accurate to what knights would wear historically. The calmer scenes and more dangerous poses stay in line with the song's infectious energy and unapologetic lyricism.

Their Soft-more album arrived on September 13, 2024, boasting collaborations with Billy Corgan (The Smashing Pumpkins) and Mike Schuman (Queens of the Stone Age), alongside other empowering anthems. Their signature blend of influences is front and center throughout the album, pulling elements from classic rock, electronica, and more. It was carefully crafted over five years in London, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Texas. Building on the massive success of their 2019 self-titled debut, Soft resonated with fans worldwide, reaching millions of eyes and ears while landing in plenty of major publications and year-end lists.
