About This Film

After a messy breakup with her girlfriend, Shirin is left jobless and homeless. Her traditional Persian parents struggle to understand why she moved out due to her bisexuality being kept a secret from them. Homeless, her friend convinces her to move in with some odd roommates and take up a new job. Struggling to fit in with all parts of her identity, including culture, sexuality, and location, she attempts to get her life back on track by seeking out her ex. However, she makes an unfortunate discovery when she does. The comedy-drama follows Shirin as she navigates her life, identity, and coming out to her parents.
