Emily Bett Rickards
as Mildred Burke – A trailblazing single mom who became the first female wrestler, debuting at carnivals wrestling men. Known as “the Kansas Cyclone,” she later married her promoter, Billy G. Wolfe. During her 20-year career, she fought for intersex wrestling and for women’s freedom in the sport.

Josh Lucas
as Billy Wolfe – After returning from being drafted during WWI Billy Wolfe began to pursue wrestling in Kentucky. He was a middleweight competitor and won the Missouri State title in 1923. Wolfe was husband and manager to wrestler Mildred Burke while also running a traveling troupe of women wrestlers.

Tyler Posey
as G. Bill – Son of Billy Wolfe and seven years younger than Mildred but that didn’t keep him from falling in love with her while working for his father while on the road with his troupe of wrestlers. He was a big supporter of Burke, her career and in raising her son Joe.

Walton Goggins
as Jack Pfefer – A dynamic promoter who brought pizzazz to the world of professional wrestling, envisioning it as a thrilling theatrical spectacle. His innovation transformed the wrestling business to a captivating form of sports entertainment, blending athleticism with storytelling for audiences.

Francesca Eastwood
as Mae Young – A pioneer for female professional wrestlers. Along with being a trainer and promoter who worked in the US and Canada winning multiple titles while helping increase popularity for women’s wrestling. She was also one of the first female wrestlers to tour in Japan post-war.

Marie Avgeropoulos
as Elvira Snodgrass – Born Gutherine Fuller in Louisiana and known as another forgotten woman in the story of emerging female wrestlers Elvira was tough but that only helped shape her for her career in wrestling for Wolfe and Burke. She grew fame over 11 years and over 200 matches.

Kailey Farmer
as June Byers – June grew up around wrestling in Texas due to her Uncle working for a local promoter. She learned moves from the wrestlers catching the eye of Billy Wolfe who offered to train her. She went on to become a face of women’s wrestling while holding the women’s world championship for a decade

Cara Buono
as Bertha Bliss- A determined single mother and business owner, Bertha shaped her daughter Mildred Burke, a pioneer in women’s wrestling, by instilling perseverance and dedication—her support fueling Mildred’s trailblazing success.

Gavin Casalegno
as Joe Jr. – Son to Mildred Burke and grew up on the road as she wrestled across America. Burke wanted him to have a normal life in going to school and making something of himself. Joe wanted to be more like Billy Wolfe in promoting wrestling and being a storyteller.

Adam Demos
as Gorgeous George – An ally to Mildred, who gained media attention for his outrageous and flamboyant character in the ring. They pioneered a golden era of entertainment television. He started wrestling after dropping out of high school to wrestle at carnivals like many wrestlers looking to get their start.

Kelli Berglund
as Nell Stewart – Nell was discovered by Mae Young at 15 years old while on tour and began training with Gladys Gillem and Wolfe’s next project molding her to become a pinup and become a top box office queen. Gillem would grow to detest her for taking her #1 spot by becoming a villainous heel for most of her career.

Deborah Ann Woll
as Gladys Gillem – After watching Mildred Burke wrestle she was inspired to become a wrestler. Similar to Burke she started wrestling men at carnivals along with alligators and bears. She went on to be an opponent of Burke’s and toured with Billy Wolfe. After retiring she went on to work for Bailey Brother’s Circus.

Martin Kove
as Al Haft– Along with being a legendary and successful wrestling promoter Haft also founded the Midwest Wrestling Association and was a co-founder of the National Wrestling Alliance. He too was a wrestler and boxer before he stepped into the business side of wrestling.

Damaris Lewis
as Babs Wingo – One of three powerhouse sisters who wrestled for Wolfe and gained their fame for their athleticism and unique talents inside the ring. She was also the first African American woman to integrate female professional wrestling in the 50s when she was just 16 years old and make her debut for the NWA

James E. Cornette
as Sam Muchnick – Sam was a forward-thinking wrestling promoter who was instrumental in establishing the National Wrestling Alliance. He served as president for 23 years off and on. His leadership and dedication helped the NWA become one of the top governing bodies of the industry.
